PLANNING – ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN – PARTY WALL MATTERS.
Chartered Building Surveyor
I am a Chartered Building Surveyor specialising in Planning, Architectural Design and Party Wall Matters. My practice is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
I qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1999, since then I have built up an extensive knowledge of the Planning and Building Control systems together with Party Wall matters.
My aim is to deal with all matters relating to the design of the project, from the planning and building regulation applications, drainage design, structural design, party wall matters and CDM regulations. The only exception to this is ecology reports, where a specialist is required.
In addition to being a Chartered Building Surveyor, I'm a technical member of The Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) which relates to Health and Safety matters and the Pyramus and Thisbe Club, which specialise in Party Wall matters.

Visualisation of projects is becoming an important element and I provide this as standard utilising the latest technology including specialist 3D computer aided design software. See Project Gallery for examples.
The office is based in Shropshire with a geographical work base area including the surrounding areas of Cheshire, Staffordshire and Wrexham County Borough. However, with laptop technology, I am able to work much farther afield and Exeter is currently the farthest travelled.
